We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your handcrafted Italian items, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure products are in their original condition and include all packaging for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original Velasca box and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
